If you violate these terms or any applicable law, are involved in fraud, misuse the Rewards program's benefits, or are harmful to our interests or the interests of other users, we may clear your points at our discretion without notice. If we do so, we will not provide any refund to you. Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with these terms will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.

Your xTool point balance will be impacted by returns as followed:
If you cancel the total order before fulfillment, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
If you partially cancel your order before fulfillment, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
If you refund the total order after signing the receipt, the points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
If you partially refund your order after signing the receipt, the corresponding part of points you get from the order will be returned to xTool.
After redeeming the points, if you cancel the total order, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order cancellation completes.
After redeeming the points, if you partially cancel your order, the points you have redeemed will not be returned.
After redeeming the points, if you get the total order refunded, the points you have redeemed will be returned to your account right after the order refund completes.

All your points will expire after 2 years in the calendar year. For example, if you earn the points in 2023, the points will expire at 23:59:59pm, 31st December, 2024 (PDT). Points will be cleared after the expiration date.

Votre solde de points xTool sera impacté par les retours comme suit :

* Après avoir échangé des points, si vous annulez la commande totale, les points que vous avez échangés seront retournés sur votre compte dès que l'annulation de la commande sera terminée.

Tous vos points expireront après 2 ans, à la fin de l'année civile. Par exemple, si vous gagnez des points en 2023, ils expireront à 23h59m59s, le 31 décembre 2024 (heure du Pacifique). Les points seront effacés après la date d'expiration.
