First and foremost: packaging, care, optimization, quality and the design blasted my mind ( context: I'm myself a product development and RnD engineer...So when I'm bamboozled about a company product and quality it means that's something serious). bought the all combo, stream line, the humongous jet-engine sounding air purifier,rota R3,odd shape older but I forgot the glasses.... kind of problematic. (If you feel, like giving a gift to a now foreverroyal customer : ) ) Room for improvement.... I'd say a small practical guide on colour engraving and perhaps a little more test materials (just the fact you included them is already a miracle in this day an age for a company). Note: your quick clean turbine system onthe air purifier is a very goodfeature. Feels that you care more about your customer satisfaction than your profit margins... That's why I'm hooked on your product. I'm doing you free advertizement every time I can (especially amongst other engineers and graphic designer) and perhaps in the future we'll buy the full set of apparel printing* work in progress thaugh.
Final verdict: Keep on doing what you're doing ! You step out in every way from your competitor (and don't let me getstarted about the metal studio CNC... Can have the final piece of my home RnD studio ! )
