Produit bien conforme, pour l’instant pas encore utilisé

Très pratique et d'une conception/qualité fidèle à xTool : impeccable. Le laser est plutôt bien pensé, mais aurait gagné à être positionable plus librement.

After i confirmed my order, i received several emails noting the status of my order when that changed. Also the way i could use my earned discounts in the webshop, was pretty easy. I only can say ordering and the handling was simply as it should be. I hope to receive my S1 next week, looking out for it. Thanks to xTool for their royal service.

Order a product on the 5th of Dec, no info ever since on shipment or delivery.
Wrote to customer service, no response either.
Previous order arrived in 5 days, so not sure what's happening now....

When I first saw laser engravers on the web, I never imagined I would get one. Certainly not anything at this level. But here I am enjoying my S1 bundle with rotary accessory as well. This is really nice to use and safe. I am still experimenting with different materials and objects. Very little bothers me about it. I do wish I could clear an error on the machine without having to go back to my pc, like an open lid. Close the lid, press the button and go. A big wish is software support for Linux. I got the accessory kit for the RA2 rotary and that really makes it (RA2) complete. What can I say more? Wish I got this many years ago but it didn't exist.
