Orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders placed within the first 7 days of launch will ship within 3-7 business days.
The inkjet module can print on fabrics, boards, printing paper, and similar materials. However, it cannot print on very dense or smooth surfaces such as metal, glass, and ceramic, as the ink cannot penetrate or adhere properly. These materials can be printed on after applying a suitable ink-receptive coating.
Ink longevity depends on your usage frequency. Under the ISO/IEC 24712 standard at 5% coverage, a single cartridge yields approximately 400 pages.
To extend ink life:
With M2's horizontal laser output, it engraves 0–100 mm objects like tumblers, balls, and rings — no riser base required.
For regular laser use, we recommend the xTool Desktop Air Purifier as a cost-effective option.For frequent cutting or materials that produce stronger odors, we recommend the SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier for stronger filtration and better odor control.

To reduce laser energy transfer and prevent yellowing along paper edges:
No. The M2 features a built-in air pump. It delivers the exact same clean results as an external setup. Users can adjust the air pump's power output based on their specific engraving or cutting needs.
Note: The M2 does not have an external air port, so connecting a third-party air pump is not supported.
Yes. To use RA3 with xTool M2, you will need the M2 Adapter Kit. The kit is not yet available for purchase and is expected to launch around the end of June. Please refer to the product page for the latest availability.
M2 supports printing, cutting, and engraving on materials such as paper, fabric, wood, leather, acrylic, metal, and more, depending on the module used. Never laser PVC, PC, or leather and foam with unknown compositions. Check the M2 Material Cheat Sheet for Beginners for detailed compatibility and safety information.
