Shipping Notice

Tariff

EU Countries

xTool will pay for all the tariff. Our customers do not need to pay any tariff fees. If you are charged with tariff fees by custom, please contact us for help (support.eu@xtool.com).

Non-EU Countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, etc.)

Orders shipped to Switzerland and Norway will not include VAT at checkout.
Customers are responsible for paying all import duties, taxes, or customs fees directly to local customs or authorities upon arrival.

Freight

Our overseas warehouse is located in German.

Expedited Service

If you are badly to get your package earlier, you can email us (vicky@info.xtool.com or vicky@xtool.com) to apply for an expedited service. We will rearrange shipment based on your situation. This service is free to you.

Delivery Service

1. EU orders will be shipped from Germany and are expected to arrive within 3-7 days.
 Free shipping on orders over 99€.
2. P3, P2S/P2, F2 Ultra UV, Apparel Printer, Metalfab orders from Cyprus and Malta will be shipped from China warehouse, and will require an additional shipping charge.
3. Switzerland and Norway orders will be shipped from German. Shipping costs depend on the shipping address.
4. All other EUR countries will be shipped from China. Shipping costs depend on the shipping address.

* If the payment is delayed, the processing time will be lengthened.

Order Tracking

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email to confirm your order details.

Once your item ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification email, which includes your order number, the express information and package tracking number, and you are also able to track the status of your order through the email.

Anything related to order modification, refund processing, shipping updating and so on will be notified to you in real time by email as well.

Tips

Please confirm your shipping address prior to completing your order. If you want to modify your shipping address, please email us (vicky@info.xtool.com or vicky@xtool.com) within 24 hours of purchase, or we will ship to the address according to your order information.

If there is any force majeure that cause our products damage in transit, please contact us via support.eu@xtool.com after you receiving your package. And we hope to get your understanding and patience in this circumstance.
