100 ml, Professional quality UV screen printing inks - The brand of choice for professional screen printers, the premium inks provide vibrant colors and excellent coverage.
High print quality. High gloss and vibrant colors. The ink layer is durable and has strong adhesion, making it difficult to wipe off with hands or paper towels. It has excellent printability.
Safe and environmentally friendly. No solvent evaporation, contains no VOCs, and is environmentally friendly and energy-efficient.
High production efficiency. Fast curing speed, allowing for multiple prints before curing.
Wide range of applications. It can be used on various substrates such as metal, glass, cotton, polyester, linen, rayon, nylon, blended fabrics, paper, cardboard, and so on. It is suitable for commercial printing, packaging printing, and other fields.
Curing method: The ink layer printed on the surfaces is about 100 μm thick. Choose the appropriate curing method based on your tool:
- 3.000 W UV curing lamp (395 nm UV light): Cure at a 3cm distance for 5-15
  seconds.
- 1 W LED curing lamp (395 nm UV light): Cure at a 2 cm distance for 5-15
  minutes.
- Sunlight: Cure at 30 °C for 60 minutes or longer.
Storage method: Store the ink at 22 + 2 °C with 55 + 5% relative humidity, away from light. The ink remains stable for up to 12 months.
Cleaning method: It is recommended to use Screen Printing Ink Remover for better cleaning results.
