xTool UV Printer Accessories Revealed: What's in the Ecosystem

förbi Alyssa YE Inlagd i March 19, 2026

The xTool UV Printer is already a game-changer. A compact desktop machine that unlocks vivid color printing directly on hundreds of surfaces and objects, right out of the box. But what if you could go further?

What if you get smart accessories could flex its power even more. Unlock the ability to handle more materials, more shapes, higher output, and even new printing variations?

Creators love having more. Not because they need it all on day one, but because knowing it's there, knowing they can, changes everything about how they create.

Today, we're revealing four core accessories coming alongside the xTool UV Printer: the Large & Small Flatbed, Roll-to-Roll Feeder, Laminator Attachment, and Rotary Attachment. Each one expands what's possible in a different direction.

The Flatbed (Large & Small)

The bed size tells you everything about what you can and cannot make. That's why it's one of the first things creators ask about. Overall, the xTool UV Printer offers you a generous A3+ work area and a print height of 150mm. But actually, we're giving you a choice in terms of space: two base plates, each for a different kind of work.

The Small Base Plate, measuring 330mm x 124mm, is built for keychains, phone grips, jewelry, and other small accessories — items that need careful placement and easy removal after printing. The Large Base Plate, at 330mm x 420mm, is for slightly bigger projects, tablet cases, laptop skins, and large signage.

Both plates have a slight stickiness to them, keeping your items firmly in place without any clamping or taping. Because when your material doesn't move, your ink lands exactly where it should, providing crisp, clear results.

The Laminator Attachment for UV DTFs

You've probably heard of UV DTF Printing. It is the technique that makes it possible to transfer full-color designs directly onto complex shaped surfaces, or objects that simply won't fit inside a printer. The Laminator Attachment is what unlocks it.

Here's how it works: Print your design onto A film inside the xTool UV Printer. Then, pass the film through the Laminator Attachment, which automatically applies a transfer film (the "B" film) on top, sealing the design without any bubbles. Peel the assembled sticker away from the carrier layer (the "A" film), apply it to your object, and once the design has adhered, remove the top transfer film. What's left is a clean, durable UV ink design sitting perfectly on the surface.

For longer or larger stickers—like a full-length skateboard deck—you can combine multiple prints seamlessly by using the attachment alongside the Roll-to-Roll Feeder, enabling continuous production of oversized designs.

Continuous Creation: The Roll-to-Roll Feeder

UV printing isn't always about hard surfaces and rigid objects. Sometimes your vision is bigger: canvas prints, wall art, PET films, custom longer sticker sheets, flexible materials that come in rolls and demand a different kind of workflow.

In such scenarios, manually feeding roll material through a printer is not practical or feasible. That’s why xTool designed a Roll-to-Roll Feeder, where you can insert a material roll and feed it directly to the UV printer. It supports material rolls, up to 15 meters long.

One of the advantages of roll feeder is printing on flexible sheets. For instance, if you want to create a UV DTF sticker for a large object like a skateboard, you need a combination of the Laminator Attachment and the Roll-to-Roll Feeder. Gang sheets of DTF stickers can be created the same way.

There’s more. With continuous roll feeding comes continuous production. You can print multiple designs across an unbroken sheet, then cut and separate them into individual stickers, labels, or film pieces. For business owners, that means a bigger opportunity to scale and deliver at pace

Beyond Flat Surfaces: The Rotary Attachment

Curved surfaces play by different rules. You can't place a tumbler or a bottle on a flatbed and expect a clean print. It won't stay in position, and there's no manual way to rotate it side by side with the printhead mid-print.

That's exactly what the Rotary Attachment solves. It holds cylindrical objects firmly in place and rotates them in perfect sync with the printhead, so your design wraps around the surface consistently and cleanly, all the way around.

It's particularly suited for most cylindrical objects, tumblers, mugs, goblets, and egg-shaped cups. One thing to note with goblets: it works best when the bottom toe is smaller than the cup body, so the attachment can grip and rotate them properly.

What Can You Actually Make? Applications These Accessories Unlock

With this four-accessory combination, a range of practical applications starts to open up. To give a quick idea, here are a few examples of what becomes possible once these tools are part of the workflow.

Wall Art & Large Format Prints

Wall Art & Large Format Prints

Roll-fed canvas and flexible sheets open the door to wall art, posters, banners and large decorative wall papers. This makes our printer a strong fit for interior designers, artists, and print-on-demand creators.

UV DTF Stickers

UV DTF production becomes possible when paired with the Laminator. You can create adhesive UV DTF stickers for surfaces like car panels, windows, helmets, and curved gear, items that are difficult or impractical to place directly inside the printer.

Customized Drinkware

Tumblers, water bottles, wine glass, cups, and cosmetic jars become printable surfaces with the Rotary Attachment. That means you can start a completely customized drinkware line at your store.

Bulk Labels and Packaging

You can print continuous sheets using the roll feeder, then cut them down into professional product labels, packaging stickers, or decorative sheets ready to ship. This works well for product-based businesses that need consistent output at scale.

Build Your Complete UV Printing Workflow

xTool’s goal has always been to build tools that support real creative workflows. We go the extra mile to ensure our machines address as many creator challenges as possible. These four accessories reflect that philosophy. They are designed to help transform the xTool UV Printer from a standalone device into a more complete desktop production studio.

That said, this is only the beginning of what’s possible. The xTool UV Printer ecosystem will continue to evolve with additional tools and capabilities in the months ahead.
