My new DTF printer arrived with problems with the white ink. After speaking with support staff, it was concluded that the print head might be defective. Replacing it requires a payment of €470 for the part, and only then will they replace it. After accepting this, they sent the payment document past 7 days. Another week passed before they confirmed the payment. It has now been two and a half weeks since I received the machine, and the part still hasn't been sent. Conclusion: terrible customer service for a brand new machine, and the problem remains unresolved. Solution: Try to salvage some parts from the machine to generate some profit, then sell it and buy a new one, which will not be from Xtools, as I have lost confidence in this company.
