Dear Xtool customer service! Unfortunately, this machine has a huge manufacturing and design flaw. I have indicated countless times that it works stably on the M1 machine via wifi, while the S1 does not. It often disconnects from the network. Everything is fine with the router, so the fault is in the machine. They promised to fix it, but it did not happen. One of the worst machine designs. A basic function does not work on it. They sell it as having wifi, but it is a scam. I am sorry that such a large manufacturer can take over customers like this. It is an expensive machine, yet it is low-end. I feel sorry for the designers, it did not work out, and I feel sorry for myself that I bought it. Best regards Gábor Németh
