xTool 6-inch 410 CFM Inline Duct Fan

This 6-inch Inline Duct Fan is designed for xTool D, P, S, M series products, including a 6-inch to 3-inch duct adapter for compatibility (An enclosure for xTool D1/D1 pro is required when using the Inline Duct Fan).

It could theoretically adapt to laser machines from other brand while an appropriate duct dapter would need to be purchased separately. The duct opening size is 6 inches, so a 6-inch to 4-inch adapter is required for other machines with a 4-inch exhaust duct, for instance.

Both the built-in exhaust fan and the Inline Duct Fan are recommended to be turned on.

Ensure all connection points are securely fastened to prevent air leaks.

Straighten the exhaust duct as much as possible and avoid using excessively long ducts to minimize the airflow loss caused by inside wrinkles.

Regularly clean the Inline Duct Fan according to the instructions in the user manual.

The Inline Duct Fan is ideal for venting smoke outside. If you don't have access to venting outdoors, then a Smoke Purifier will be recommended.

The airflow can reach a maximum of 410 CFM and can be seamlessly adjusted with a knob to suit various processing stages.

It's possible that the installation was reversed; the airflow should be from the inside out, blowing smoke out through the exhaust duct. You need to reinstall according to the Airflow markings on the Inline Duct Fan or follow the guidance in the User Manual.

The Inline Duct Fan itself generates only 34dB of noise at the lowest airflow setting. Increased airflow results in elevated operational noise.

The noise during laser processing depends on various factors, such as the air assist, the exhaust fan, and the enclosure, among others. Therefore, replacing with this quieter Inline Duct Fan alone does not necessarily result in a quieter processing environment.
